Workouts
All Swim Devil workouts are coached by experienced, amazing coaches and are separated into differing intervals, speeds and competencies. We strive to build a fully rounded workout program that offers options for those that like to crank out some yards to those that like to focus on sprint swimming or even those that just want a varied, awesome workout. We offer stroke corrections, motivation and occasionally a kick in the butt to get you going, all with a smile and a sincere interest in helping you achieve your fitness goals.

As a Swim Devil member you have unlimited workouts and can attend any of the sessions we offer, at any of our facilities, as many times as you like. We see some people twice a month and others twice a day... it's entirely up to you.
We are an inclusive, welcoming team and place as much importance on ensuring you enjoy your workout as we do on crafting a solid exercise program.
