Schedule Changes For The 4th Of July Weekend. 

Wishing you a great Independence Day weekend and hoping you stay safe out there if you're traveling any distance. 

Scottsdale facilities and the Sun Devil Fitness Center are all closed on Friday 3rd, Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th of July. So obviously all workouts at those locations are cancelled on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Mona Plummer Aquatic Center will be open for scheduled workouts as per usual on Friday 3rd at 12:00 and 6:00 PM. So please head there to get your swim on in the sunshine. No other workouts are affected.

We'll be back at it on Monday the 6th to help you burn off those burgers and brews!
